Make a Move brings its unique approach to wellbeing to work with businesses and organisations, boosting individual and team performance, de-stressing employees and improving motivation.

Make A Move is committed to helping businesses and organisations prevent and decrease stress and spread a little happiness in the workplace.

We work with business to address their specific needs and tailor a programme accordingly.
This programme can include:

• Weekly workshops, over a number of weeks, using a combination of creative approaches including movement, mindfulness* and music to get staff energised, focused, motivated and happy. We concentrate on developing the tools people will need to maintain this new outlook, manage their stress, and make a positive improvement towards a happier future.

• One-off day or half day sessions to address specific issues, or kick-start a programme

• One-to-one sessions to address individual needs relating to resilience and performance

For employers the benefits are a more focused, committed, motivated and re-energised team.

For employees the benefits are more confidence, motivation, better sleep and work-life balance, as well as feeling their employer cares about them.
